SameerTikkaMasala, hailing from bhopal is a pioneering Indian cosplayer, with over 15 years of experience and the distinction of being the country’s first professional in the field. He has won numerous national and international competitions and judged major events like NYCC, C2E2, PAX Australia, and MCM London. He has collaborated with top entertainment companies including Blizzard, Riot, Microsoft, Sony, HBO, Disney, Marvel, and Amazon, and has delivered a TED Talk on cosplay. Since 2016, he has applied his expertise in the film and television industry as an art director, creating costumes, props, and sets.
Inarius from Diablo 4 is his most complex cosplay to date, requiring everything he has learned over the years with a strong focus on detail and quality. It was recognized by Blizzard, who hired him as their official Inarius. The build combines nearly every cosplay discipline - foam crafting, sculpting, electronics, sewing, 3D modeling, and more. Achieving a weathered and ancient look without compromising clarity and creating hundreds of small symmetrical organic shapes were some of the biggest challenges he faced along with engineering the harness for the eight wing-tentacles. He’s very proud of his cosplay and believes it to be his finest work.
