Rick Leonardi is an American comic book illustrator. His work is characterized by his use of dynamic poses, panel composition, and shifting of the camera eye and perspective. He intensively studied reprinted and collected work from Hal Foster, Alex Raymond, Milton Caniff, and Will Eisner. His well-known works include various issues of The Uncanny X-Men and The New Mutants, as well as runs on Cloak & Dagger, Spider-Man 2099, Nightwing, Batgirl, and Green LanternVersus Aliens.

A veteran of the initial Image Comics launch, Matt started his career in comic book publishing in 1993 and has been working with Image as a creator, writer and executive for over 20 years. President/COO of Top Cow since 1998, Matt has created and written over 30 new franchises for Top Cow and Image including Think Tank, The Tithe, Necromancer, VICE, Lady Pendragon, as well as handling the company’s business affairs. He was also the editor of Marc Silvestri’s Batman/Joker: The Deadly Duo.
